Attached is the letter of Lydio M. Español Jr. Regional Director of Commission on Population-Region 4 to Director San Antonio inviting all interested secondary school teachers and Grade 9 and 10 students to a Training on Basic Script Writing, Editing and Directing for
Short Film Making on June 22-24, 2016. Venue to be announced later. However, attendance is voluntary and on official time only. Hence, no government funds shall be used in attending this training.
Also, Guidelines for the Selection of the Regional Entries to the 2016 Regional AHYD Short Film-Making Contest is stipulated in this Memorandum.
