1. This addendum to DepEd Memorandum No. 347, s. 2026 provides additional guidelines for instructional planning and professional activities.
2. Teachers are required to work collaboratively in preparing the Lesson Re/Design with their subject, grade level, or learning area teams to ensure alignment and quality instruction. The official template may be accessed through this link: Lesson Plan Template (Edit Access)
3. All outputs shall be submitted to the learning leaders in schools for review, consolidation, and technical assistance, as necessary.
4. Attendance to this orientation shall be granted service credits, based on consultation with the CLMD Chief. This applies provided that teachers:
- participate in the orientation at their respective schools through designated face-to-face viewing arrangements; and
- accomplish attendance monitoring for both AM and PM sessions (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
5. All other provisions of DepEd Memorandum No. 347, s. 2026 remain in effect.
