1. In reference to DM-OUHRODI-2026-1366 on the call for nominations for 2027 Princess Maha Chalcri Award (PMCA), this Division opens the nomination for the teaching personnel. PMCA has recognized dedicated educators across ASEAN member states who has significantly contributed in the lives of their learners and inspired fellow educators.
2. Interested and qualified teacher applicants must submit the following documents:
a. Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212);
b. 1,500-word essay written by applicant on why he/she should receive the Award;
c. Letter of nomination from the School Head addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent; and
d. Accomplished Matrix of activities, awards, and accomplishments relevant to the award, accompanied by supporting documents. (Please spell out all acronyms of organizers and topics/subjects of training. Training certificates need not be submitted).
3. Applicants may submit on or before May 26, 2026 through SGOD-HRD at katreziafiel.macawile@deped.gov.ph with copy furnished to jennifer.sucgang@deped.gov.ph. Only submissions received through this email shall be processed for screening and selection.
