1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 030,s. 2026 titled “2026 National Oplan Balik Eskwela,” and DepEd Regional Memorandum No. 302, s. 2026 titled “Updating of Regional Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) 2026 Hotlines,” this Office hereby announces the division monitoring of opening of classes (Regular and Alternative Learning System) for SY 2026-2027 on June 08 to June 11, 2026.
2. The monitoring activity will continuously assess the schools’ readiness for the opening of classes, identify operational gaps and ensure strict compliance with set standards. This process allows division personnel to immediately provide targeted technical assistance and resolve any issues that may disrupt learning.
3. Attached herewith is the updated composition of the Division Field Technical Assistance Committee Teams (DFTACTs) who shall perform the monitoring activity and the Division Oplan Balik Eskwela Hotlines for reference.
4. In cases of overlapping of activities, all teams are flexible in nature and may adopt monitoring scheme/strategies. The Parent/District Supervisors may opt to attend the flag raising ceremony on June 8 in their respective Clusters.
5. While waiting for the standard Monitoring Tool from the Regional Office, kindly review the utilized tool last year for the key components of the monitoring engagement which shall be accomplished by the members of DFTACT and to be submitted later on to the School Management Monitoring & Evaluation (SMME) Section for consolidation.
