1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026, titled “Guidelines on the Engagement of Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program Tutors and Support Aides”, this Office announces the conduct of the ARAL Tutors Capability Enhancement Program (Batch 1) on June 02-04, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Pag-Asa National High School- Audio Visual Room.
2. The participants to this training are the LSB-funded tutors and DOLE- GIP Tutors. The list of participants is attached for reference.
3. This activity aims to:
a. provide an overview of the ARAL Program;
b. orient participants on the proper utilization of teaching guides and the Learners’ workbooks properly;
c. provide a detailed walkthrough of learning sessions and their implementation process;
d. introduce approaches in teaching reading and math to learners;
e. develop engaging activities for remediation sessions; and
f. showcase innovative teaching competencies learned through class demonstration;
4. Expenses for food costs and other authorized incidental expenses shall be charged against the ARAL Fund, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
