1. Pursuant to Memorandum Circular Order No. 05-S-2026 titled 2026 Gawad Karangalan ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas Elementary and Secondary Levels issued by the City Government of Dasmarinas, the field is hereby informed of the following information and instructions in relation to application thereof:

Qualifications:
– Graduated from Elementary or Senior High School with High or Highest Honors received, per DepEd Order No. 36 s. 2016, the average grades are categorized as follows:

Highest Honors            98-100
High Honors                 95-97

– Bonafide Resident of the City of Dasmarinas

Requirements:

-Accomplished reproducible form which may be downloaded from www.facebook.com/MayorJennyAustriaBarzaga
-Updated Voter’s Certification of parents/legal guardian if under 18years old
-Photocopy of School ID (in actual size; not enlarged/reduced)
-Photocopy of Diploma (if applicable)
-Photocopy of School Card
-In case the school’s EOSY ceremony is held after the deadline of application, a certification issued by the School Registrar indicating the date of the ceremony shall be submitted along with the other requirements
