1. In line with the Department of Education’s commitment to strengthen school governance, supervision, and monitoring mechanisms, this Memorandum is issued to implement the Reclustering of Private Schools, aligned with and undertaken in collaboration with the existing clustering arrangement of Public Schools within the Division.
2. This initiative ensures a systematic and strategic approach in the conduct of monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance activities across both Public and Private Schools. This Memorandum shall cover all Private schools operating in the Division.
3. Private Schools shall be reclustered following the current Public Schools clustering arrangement to promote alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness during division-led monitoring, supervision, and evaluation activities.
