1. In preparation for the participation of the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) in the 2026 Civil Service Commission Government Choral Competition, members shall attend the scheduled rehearsals from June 16 – July 1, 2026, 1-5PM at the CSDO Bulwagang SiGaSig 3rd Floor.
2. Attendance is a must. Enclosed in this memorandum is the list of participating members.
3. School Heads are enjoined to make appropriate arrangements in the schedule of participating members to ensure that classes will not be disrupted during rehearsal activities.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
