1. Pursuant to Memorandum-OM-OASOPS No. 2024-117, and in consonance with Memorandum Circular No. 52, s. 2024 and CSC Memorandum Circular no. 2, s. 1995, this Office enjoins all public and private schools to integrate the recital of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and Pledge during flag-raising ceremonies every Monday morning and flag lowering ceremony every Friday afternoon.
2. The order of the conduct of the flag raising ceremonies are as follows:
a. Singing of Lupang Hinirang;
b. Interfaith Prayers;
c. Recitation of Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas;
d. Singing of Bagong Pilipinas Hymn;
e. Bagong Pilipinas Pledge; and
f. Singing of Dasmarifias Hymn
