1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 399, s. 2026, titled “Deployment of TUPAD Beneficiaries During Brigada Eskwela 2026″, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division-Social Mobilization and Networking Section, hereby directs all public elementary and secondary schools with deployed TUPAD beneficiaries to submit the hard copy of the duly accomplished Attendance Sheet and Daily Accomplishment Report utilized for the monitoring and documentation of program implementation on or before June 25, 2026.
2. This issuance aims to facilitate the accurate consolidation of reports on the deployment and utilization of TUPAD beneficiaries in support of Brigada Eskwela 2026, and to ensure compliance with the prescribed monitoring and documentation requirements.
3. The concerned School Heads and PSDS are reminded to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of the required documents. They shall likewise ensure that the attendance and accomplishment reports are properly verified before submission.
