2. Participation of all concerned is a must. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the participants attached hereto.
3. Enclosed is the List of Participants which shall be the basis for the issuance of the certificate of appearance. Proper online meeting platform etiquettes shall be observed.
4. Presenters are advised to strictly follow the agenda and observe the time. Further, smart casual attire is preferred for presenters and participants as well.
5. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
