1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2023 titled Establishment of the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-0), Republic Act No. 10072 titled Philippine Red Cross Act of 2009), and DepEd Memorandum 200, s. 2016 titled Strengthening the National Drug Education Program in Schools, this Office, thru the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Division, hereby announces the Division Federated Election of Officers for YES-0, RCYC, and BKD. Newly elected presidents of YES-0, RCYC, and BKD are the participants of this activity. In situations where the president of the organization will not be able to attend and participate in the activity, NO officer next to their position can represent him/her.
