1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2026 titled “Media Management Guidelines” and Division Memorandum No. 425, s. 2026, which provides policies and standards for the management of official websites, social media accounts, and other media platforms of DepEd offices and public schools, all schools and offices are directed to submit their official list of social media pages and related communication platforms for consolidation, validation, and monitoring purposes.

2. The School Information Coordinators (SIC), Division Unit and Section Heads, and Program Owners shall submit an electronic copy of the list of official school and office pages, duly signed by the Head of Office, and accomplish the online form on or before July 31, 2026 through this link: https://tinyurl.com/SDODasma-OfficialPages2026.

3. All schools and offices shall comply with the submission within the prescribed period. Failure to submit the required information and supporting documents shall result in the non-recognition of the concerned social media page or account as an official school or office communication platform for Fiscal Year 2026. Consequently, such page or account shall not be included in the Division’s official registry of recognized social media platforms and may not be endorsed to the Public Affairs Service (PAS) for official recognition.

4. In the event that an official social media account or page will be deactivated, the concerned school or office shall immediately notify this Office in writing for proper documentation and endorsement to the Public Affairs Service (PAS).
