1. Authority is hereby granted to Mr. Roger Villa, Council Scout Executive, and Dr. Jhonie Jeff I. Marquez, Public Schools District Supervisor, to conduct a meeting on July 16, 2026, at the BSP Dasmarinas City Associate Council’s Office, Dasmarinas II Central School, in two batches.
2. The meeting aims to discuss updates on the implementation of Scouting programs, unit registration, upcoming council activities, and other matters related to the effective coordination and delivery of BSP initiatives across the division. The participants to this meeting are the BSP Cluster Coordinators, as follows:
