1. Pursuant to DM-OULS-2026-262 dated June 23, 2026 titled “National Implementation and Phased Rollout of the Learning Resource Management Information System (LRMIS),” this Office announces the phased rollout of the Learning Resource Management Information System (LRMIS).
2. The Learning Resource Management Information System (LRMIS) is a centralized platform developed to strengthen the cataloging, registration, distribution, monitoring, and utilization of learning resources across all governance levels. The phased implementation aims to standardize learning resource management processes and ensure the successful adoption of the system nationwide.
3. In line with this, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas under Region IV-A CALABARZON is scheduled to conduct school account registration on LRMIS website (https://lrmis.deped.gov.ph) from July 13 – 17, 2026.
4. Accordingly, the following school personnel shall register on the LRMIS:
a. School Principal
b. School Librarian/ Library-in-Charge
c. School Property Custodian
d. School ICT Coordinator
e. Administrative Officer II
5. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the National Implementation and Phased Rollout of LRMIS schedule and the Guide for LRMIS Account Registration.
