1. In line with the implementation of the Madrasah Education Program (MEP), the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through the Implementation Division announces the conduct of Teaching with Purpose: Enhancing Pedagogies in Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education on September 2-3, 2026, at Dasmarinas II Central School, Burol I, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite.
2. The main objectives of this activity are the following:
a. Explain the key principles of effective instructional design and their relevance to teaching Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education across grade levels.
b. Unpack curriculum standards and learning competencies to identify the required knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values appropriate to learners’ developmental levels and contexts.
c. Design logically sequenced learning activities that promote learner engagement, exploration, application, reflection, and internalization of Islamic values.
d. Align instructional strategies with formative and summative assessment tools to ensure coherence among learning objectives, teaching-learning activities, and assessment practices.
e. Demonstrate effective and aligned instructional practices through microteaching or demonstration teaching sessions.
