1. Relative to the upcoming presentations of the School Heads, this Addendum is issued to provide specific guidelines on the submission of presentation slide decks and the schedule for the technical review.
2. All concerned School Heads are required to submit their final presentation slide decks on or before July 24, 2026, using the provided template via this Google Drive link: https://acesse.one/balfttj.
3. To ensure high-quality presentations and data integrity, a Technical Review and Workshop on the LSRP School Presentations will be conducted on July 27, 2026, by the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Supervisors.
4. This activity aims to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strict alignment with relevant policy issuances.
5. In preparing the slide decks, all presenters must strictly adhere to the following technical guidelines:
• Presentation Duration: The maximum presentation time is 15 minutes per school.
• Format: Reports must be presented strictly in bullet form.
• Delivery: Keep explanations brief, clear, and concise.
• Missing Data: If there is no available answer or data for a specific part of the template, leave it blank.
• Slide Count per Policy: Slides may be duplicated as needed to comprehensively cover the policy applicable to the school, up to a maximum of four (4) slides per policy.
