1. In reference to the communication from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Cavite Field Office, Imus, Cavite, dated June 29, 2026, signed by Jeffrey C. Cruz, Director II, requesting the use of school facilities and the services of qualified DepEd personnel for the conduct of the 2026 Second Semester Career Service Examination – Paper and Pen Test (CSE-PPT) on August 9, 2026, this Office hereby issues this Memorandum to facilitate the administration of the said examination and to request interested and qualified teaching and non-teaching personnel to signify their interest in serving as examination personnel.
2. The 2026 Second Semester Career Service Examination – Paper and Pen Test (CSE-PPT) shall be conducted in the following testing centers:
