1. Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Philippine Qualifications Framework Secretariat, Policy and Planning Service, Education Center for Artificial Intelligence Research entitled “Encoding on the Learner Information System (LIS) for Beginning of School Year (BOSY) 2026-2027” dated July 7, 2026, all public and private schools in the Schools Division of Dasmarinas City are hereby directed to commence the encoding and updating of learner data in the Learner Information System (LIS) from July 13, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
2. All public and private schools and Alternative Learning System Community Learning Centers (ALS CLCs) in Division are directed to comply with the prescribed policies, procedures, and timelines for the encoding and updating of learner information in the Learner Information System (LIS) which shall serve as the official enrolment for School Year 2026-2027.
3. School Heads shall ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entered into the system and institute internal validation mechanisms to maintain the integrity of learner records. The School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), through the Planning and Research Unit, shall provide the necessary technical assistance and monitor the submission and updating of data by schools throughout the prescribed encoding period.
