1. Pursuant to the Memorandum from the Office of the Director, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS-07-14-2026-0002), titled “Participation in the Conduct of the M7X Ready School Program Cluster Orientation for Luzon (Non-GMMA), Visayas, and Mindanao for SY 2026-2027,” the Schools Division Office of Lipa City announces the participants in the Luzon Cluster Orientation to be held on July 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ynares Event Center, Antipolo City.
2. The M7X Ready School Program aims to certify all public schools as earthquake-ready by the end of School Year (SY) 2026-2027. Specifically, the orientation aims to:
a. Strengthen institutional and community preparedness for significant seismic events;
b. Foster a culture of safety and resilience within the basic education sector; and
c. Ensure the continuity of education following a major earthquake.
