1. In reference to the attached DepEd Order No. 048, s. 2017 re: Policy and Procedural Guidelines on the Certification, Authentication, and Verification of Basic Education School Records, and Regional Memorandum No. 857 s. 2024 re: Implementation of the Online Appointment of Certification, Authentication and Verification (CAV) Applications, this Office hereby informs and reiterates the processing of all CAV applications.
2. In compliance to the issuances, all PUBLIC (INCLUDING THOSE SCHOOLS OFFERING ALS) AND OPEN PRIVATE SCHOOLS (INCLUDING THOSE SCHOOLS OFFERING ALS) are required to use the online appointment system for CAV applications which can be accessed via https://client.depedcalabarzon.ph/. However, clients from closed or non-operational schools may visit the Records Section for assistance with the requests and subsequent endorsement to the DepEd Regional Office IV-A CALABARZON at Cainta, Rizal.
3. To assist the applicants and school personnel in navigating the online appointment system, the recorded tutorial video detailing the step-by-step procedures can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6mFkK1Dluc.
