1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 443 s. 2026, titled “HOLISTIC: Harmonized Operations for Learner-centered and Inclusive Support through Transparent Implementation and Compliance”, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division, hereby announces the participation of the following personnel (Please see Enclosure) on the Regional Office’s conduct of HOLISTIC: Harmonized Operations for Learner-centered and Inclusive Support through Transparent Implementation and Compliance on August 11-12, 2026, at the M.I. Sevilla Resort, Lucena City.
2. The activity aims to efficiently implement, monitor, and evaluate SDO PPAs, ensuring alignment with legal mandates, education policies, and learner-centered outcomes.
3. The travel and other related expenses incurred by the participants shall be charged against available local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
