1. In line with DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 titled “Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education”, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division and Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct a thorough Onsite Ocular Inspection on Private School Applying for Permit to Offer Open High School Program on August 3, 2026 (Monday) at 1:30 in the afternoon.
2. The Onsite Monitoring Team will be composed of the Education Program Supervisor (FLP Focal), Senior Education Program Specialist and Education Program Specialist II in School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Section.
3. Moreover, pertinent documents based on the checklist of application must also be available during the inspection
