1. Relative to the conduct of the 2026 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT), authority is hereby granted to Prudencio S. Pineda II, Officer-In-Charge, Education Program Supervisor in MAPEH, to conduct an on-site Coordination Meeting of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on August 7, 2026, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, at the Division Conference Room. This is to discuss the preparation for the 2025 Division Festival of Talents in Sining Tanghalan.
