1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 444, s. 2026, titled “Regional Registration of Official School Papers in Public and Private Schools”, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), hereby disseminates the said memorandum for the information and guidance of all concerned.
2. Each school through its School Paper Adviser (SPA) shall accomplish the prescribed Registration Form and submit it together with a Certification duly signed by the School Head attesting to the legitimacy of the school paper and the accuracy of the information provided.
