1. Pursuant to the Department of Education Memorandum dated July 24, 2026 on the conduct of the National School Building Inventory (NSBI) Data Collection and Validation, this Office shall conduct a Division Online Orientation for School EBEIS Designate on August 15, 2026 (Saturday), 9:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. The activity aims to provide technical guidance on NSBI data collection, encoding, validation, and submission requirements. The link to access the meeting room will be provided to all participants prior to the activity.
2. Specifically, the orientation aims to:
a. orient participants on the NSBI data collection guidelines, forms, and timelines;
b. strengthens data quality assurance practices among school EBEIS designate;
c. provides technical guidance on data reporting procedures, encoding, and validation; and
d. address concerns and issues commonly encountered in NSBI implementation.
3. The participants to this activity are the designated School EBEIS designate from all public elementary and secondary schools in the Division.
