1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 604, s. 2026, titled “Flexible Learning Program (Formerly Alternative Delivery Mode): Implementation Status, Best Practices, Ways Forward cum FLP Implementers’ Recognition,” a virtual preparatory meeting shall be conducted on August 14, 2026 (Friday), at 10:00 A.M. via Google Meet. Accordingly, authority is hereby granted to Mr. Cesar Chester O. Relleve, Education Program Supervisor, to facilitate the said meeting. The meeting link shall be sent through the official group chat of the FLP Focal Persons.
2. The agenda of the meeting shall include the following:
a. Preparation of the presentations;
b. Selection and designation of committee members;
c. Validation of the official list of School Year 2025-2026 FLP Implementers; and
d. Other matters.
3. Participants in this meeting shall be the designated school FLP Focal Persons and other selected school personnel. In cases where the designated focal person is unable to attend due to teaching responsibilities or other official engagements, the school may send an authorized representative.
