1. To strengthen the capacity of Learning and Development (L&D) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinators in the management of professional development programs, this Division through SGOD-Human Resource Development shall conduct the training titled “Mastering Facilitation: Elevating NEAP-Recognized Professional Development Programs” on September 7-8, 2026 at Lime Resort Manila, Pasay City. The program is designed to equip Learning and Development (L&D) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinators with the essential competencies for designing and developing professional development programs that effectively address the competency needs of teachers and school leaders.

2. Participants to this activity are school Learning and Development (L&D) coordinators as well as school QAME Associates. Participants to this two-day training are strongly advised to bring their own laptops, chargers, extension cords, and other sources of internet connectivity. In addition, participants must bring their personal health and wellness kit such as maintenance medicines. In consideration of the weather conditions, participants are highly recommended to bring umbrella. School heads must ensure that all participating teachers are in optimal health and exclude those who are pregnant or medically high-risk.

3. Participants shall be provided with breakfast, AM snacks, lunch, PM snacks, and dinner each training day. While specific religious and allergic dietary restrictions were considered, general menu is designed to suit majority of the participants. Should your dietary needs fall outside these accommodations, bringing your own meals is recommended to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

4. Furthermore, in compliance with Division Order No. 1, 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, 2. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities, participants are advised to avoid single-use plastics and bring their own water tumbler.

5. Participants’ expenses relative to the training may be charged against available school funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
