1. To address the challenges of preparing the Term Examinations, such as test item quality and alignment to learning competencies, towards improved learning outcomes and assessment practices, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), is set to conduct a division seminar-workshop titled From Plan to Results: Advancing Teachers’ Competence on Learning Outcomes Assessment on September 10-11, 2026, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School.
2. This Division Seminar-Workshop aims to:
a. orient select school-based personnel on DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 or the Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading, and Awards and Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program;
b. assist participants in the development of Table of Specifications (TOS) and effective test items; and
c. explore the guidelines on the grading system.
3. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the Program of Activities, List of Participants, and List of Technical Working Group (TWG) Members.
