1. Relevant to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 23, s. 2013, as stated in Section 2 Establishment of Guidelines and Procedures on the Establishment of GFPS at the CO, RO, SDO and School, this Office will spearhead the Capacity Building of new and current School Gender and Development (GAD) Focal persons on September 9, 2026 at Dasmarinas II Central School Library from 8:30am to 5pm.
2. This activity aims to strengthen our commitment in ensuring that all GAD activities are executed and duly conducted in accordance with set standards and procedures.
3. The expected participants to this engagement are the 47 school GAD Coordinators, SDO GFPS/TWG. Proxies are highly discouraged and there shall be strictly one (1) participant per school only. Kindly bring your copies of GAD Plan & Budget (GPB 2026), laptops, pocket Wi-Fi and extension cords. Attached herewith is the Indicative Program of Activities.
