1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached in this memorandum are Regional Memorandum No. 514, s. 2026, and Memorandum OM-OUGOPS-2026- 08-02274.
2. Important details and information are stated in both issuances such as the integration of learner support observances in regular teaching and learning processes including:
a. After-class activities;
b. End-of-term block activities;
c. Pep talks or similar activities during flag ceremonies; and
d. Printed IEC materials and behavioral nudges (which can be kept throughout the year).
3. All concerned personnel are encouraged to review the attached issuances for appropriate actions.
