1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 601, s. 2026, titled “Submission of Schools’ Top Internal and External Stakeholders and Partners,” this Office, through the Social Mobilization and Networking under the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), hereby informs all concerned schools of the submission of documentary requirements for the nominees to the Most Distinguished School Stakeholder and Partner Award.
2. The scanned documentary requirements for the award nominees shall be submitted on or before September 21, 2026, via the Google Drive provided below.

3. Attached to this Memorandum are Enclosure A, which contains the list of schools with nominees, Enclosure B, which details the criteria and required documentary submissions and Enclosure C, the members of the deliberations committee. Virtual meeting will be held on September 15, 2026, 10:00AM.
