1. The field is hereby informed of the attached schedule for the Distribution of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kindergarten to Grade 3) Learners, procured by the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the 2nd Floor, Dasmarinas Integrated High School (Gate 3 Building) beginning September 10, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
3. Further, starting September 10, 2026 – onwards, the Property and Supply Unit shall coordinate with each schools to confirm the designated personnel who will pick-up the allocated reading materials, considering the limited warehouse space and the need to facilitate an orderly and efficient release.
4. School Heads are likewise instructed to assign additional staff to assist the SPCs and provide transportation to facilitate the timely and efficient receipt and hauling of the allocated reading materials.
5. All receiving personnel are advised to verify the quantity and condition of the materials upon receipt and ensure the completeness of the corresponding issuance and delivery documents.
6. Expenses incurred in this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
