1. In line with the recently released Communication from our Local Government Unit particularly the City Environmental 86 Sanitation Unit (CESU) pertaining to the abovementioned subject, this Office hereby informs the field of its widest dissemination and compliance.
2. Attention is hereby invited to paragraphs 2 and 3 which reiterates the proper usage of garbage disposal sacks so as to ensure faster, cleaner and safer collection thus minimizing the physical efforts required from their assigned personnel.
