1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 572, s. 2026, titled “Division Schools Press Conference 2026,” this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the conduct of the Closing and Awarding Ceremonies of the 2026 Division Schools Press Conference on September 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Barzaga Hall, Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas (KLD).
2. All members of the Awards and Certificates Committee are requested to facilitate the preparation and printing of certificates, as well as the inventory and accounting of medals, from September 16-18, 2026, at Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division Office of Dasmarinas. Schedules shall be arranged to ensure that classes are not disrupted.
3. Personnel who will render service during this activity will be entitled to service credits as per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers. Likewise, non-teaching personnel, including management staff, shall be provided with Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) per CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.
4. School Paper Advisers must secure a waiver or parental consent of their learners, signed by their respective guardians.
5. Attached to this Memorandum are the list of awardees, arranged in no particular order, and the indicative program of activities. It is further noted that certain recipients of special awards in the group contest categories are from schools not included in the attached list of awardees.
