1. In our continuous pursuit for excellence and adherence with the strategic directions on good governance, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division hereby informs the field of the conduct of the “Core of My Servanthood and Leadership Effectiveness (Self-Leadership) Year 2” in sustaining a project that will continue to inspire and encourage our School Heads especially our newly designated Principals on how to lead by example and manifest servant leadership. Project SFL (Year 3) will be held on October 16, 2026 at the Bulwagang Sigasig from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
2. The activity aims to:
a. Cultivate awareness, understanding, and meaningful practice of servant leadership;
b. Strengthen and sustain a culture of the heart that promotes participatory, inclusive, and responsive good governance;
c. Demonstrate and institutionalize leadership by example through actions that reflect integrity, humility, commitment, and service; and
d. Foster a stronger commitment to accountability, responsiveness, collaboration, and solidarity in advancing the organization’s mission of quality public service.
