1. In line with the Department of Education’s commitment to continuous quality management, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, the Schools Division Office announces the conduct of the FY 2026 Third Quarter Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (PIRPA), combined with the Annual Implementation Review and Pre-Planning for FY 2027 on October 1, 2026 at CSDO Conference Room.
2. This activity aims to streamline quarterly monitoring with overarching annual performance review and strategic forward planning. Specifically, the activity seeks to accomplish the following objectives:
a. Assess the physical and financial accomplishments for the 3rd Quarter of FY 2026 across all Functional Divisions (OSDS, CID, and SGOD).
b. Review progress toward the implementation of targets set in the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) for FY 2026.
c. Align proposed Programs, Projects, and Activities (PAPs) with the upcoming FY 2027 budget envelope, strategic priorities, and DepEd national mandates.
