1. Pursuant to Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Dasmarinas City Associate Council Office Memorandum No. 11, Series of 2026, and BSP Regional Office Memorandum No. 18, s. 2026, this Office hereby informs the field of the participation of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dasmarinas City Associate Council in the 12th Southern Tagalog Regional Kid/Kab Sayahan to be hosted by the Calamba City Council on October 24-25, 2026.
2. The activity aims to promote discipline, service, patriotism, and leadership among young learners through fun, meaningful, and character-building activities. The program shall feature the Search for the “2026 That’s My KAB Scout” and “Singing KID Scouts,” KID/KAB Advancement Activities, and KID/KAB Sayahan Friendly Games.
3. An activity fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) per Scout, parent, and Unit Leader shall be collected to cover souvenir items, certificates, prizes/awards, IDs, supplies, administrative, and program requirements. An individual reservation fee of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 250.00), transferable but nonrefundable, shall likewise be required for each participant. The reservation fee shall be remitted to the Dasmarinas City Associate Council on or before October 5, 2026, through Ms. Shirley L. Agellon, Council Secretary.
