1. Relative to Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) Advisory No. 022, s. 2026 re: Temporary Suspension of the Technical Assessment for the Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CB-NCAE) for School Year 2026-2027, and to Division Memorandum No. 704, s. 2026 on the Technical Assessment and Administration of the Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CB-NCAE) for School Year 2026-2027, this Office informs the field that the Technical Assessment (Pre-Test) for GRADE 10 learners who are currently enrolled in public and private schools with government permits or recognition shall be temporarily suspended from September 24-October 11, 2026, and shall officially resume from October 12-30, 2026.
2. To facilitate the smooth conduct of the CB-NCAE Technical Assessment for Grade 10 upon its official resumption, all participating schools are reminded of the following:
