1. The field is hereby informed of the Direct School-To-School Delivery of School Furniture, procured by the Local Government of Dasmarinas.
2. In this regard, all concerned School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to coordinate and accommodate the delivery of the allocated school furniture starting October 05, 2026, onwards.
3. Likewise, School Heads are directed to ensure the proper receipt, verification, and completeness of all delivery documents, including the Delivery Receipt and other supporting documents.
4. All concerned personnel are advised to verify the quantity and condition of the school furniture upon delivery and immediately report any discrepancy, shortage or damage.
5. Attached is the Allocation List for the information and guidance of everyone.
