1. Pursuant to DepEd Order 016, s. 2025 titled Guidelines on the Grant of Medical Allowance to the Department of Education Personnel, this Office informs all Division Officials, Unit Heads, and Division Personnels the conduct of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Forum on October 12, 2026 (Monday), 2:00 PM at the Bulwagang SiGaSig.
2. Various Health Insurance companies will present their proposed HMO-type healthcare benefits products. This HMO forum will also serve as a platform to discuss matters, clarifications and feedback regarding the grant of medical allowance to DepEd personnel on the availment of HMO-type healthcare insurance.
3. This Office shall be under a Skeletal Workforce (SWF) arrangement during this event. Chiefs of Functional Divisions and Unit Heads shall ensure that continuity of public service and productivity are maintained and that services to stakeholders remain uninterrupted. Job Order/Contract of Service employees shall remain onsite and attend to stakeholders’ concerns while the SWF arrangement is in place.
