1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 436, s. 2025 dated June 04, 2025, entitled “Recommended Schools for Sports Supplies and Equipment Enhancement Distribution Program (SSEEDP) Batch 5,” and Regional Memorandum No. 939, s. 2025 dated December 18, 2025, entitled “Recommended Schools for Sports Supplies and Equipment Enhancement Distribution Program (SSEEDP) Batch 6,” this Division announces the conduct of onsite monitoring and validation of the implementation of the School Sports Club (SSC) Program and the SSEEDP.
2. The onsite monitoring and validation shall commence on October 26, 2026, onwards. The concerned schools shall be informed ahead of time regarding the scheduled date of the monitoring visit.
3. Participants in this activity are the following recipients’ schools of the SSEED Program Batch 5 and Batch 6 (see attached Memorandum)
