2. Participants to this meeting are the Division Performance Management Team (PMT), all School Heads, and one (1) school personnel in-charge of the preparation of PBB FY 2024. The link will be provided to all participants prior the schedule of the meeting.

a) Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2024 Guidelines;
b) Validation and Submission Schedule; and
c) Other matters.
