1. In pursuant to the CALABARZON Regional Peace and Order Council meeting dated September 28, 2026 and the Philippine National Police – Dasmarinas Component City Police Station letter-request dated September 22, 2026, this Office requests that assistance be extended to personnel from the Philippine National Police by all public and private schools, offices and community learning centers in the installation of the Build Partnership, Early Detection, Swift Alert, and Tactical Response or B.E.S.T. School Alert and Rapid Response System Mobile App to the mobile devices of three (3) designated school personnel who are tasked to activate the alarm whenever incidents involving threats and active attacks may occur.
