1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 780 s. 2026, titled “Conduct of 2026 DCAAM Medical Assessment, Screening and Accreditation of Documents”, this Office announces the extension of the medical assessment for the participants from the City of Dasmarinas Association of Private Schools (CDAPS) on November 6, 2026, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Great Mercy Academy, Salitran, Dasmarinas City.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of the Division Health and Nutrition Unit (HNU) personnel with the Division SSD-T1 in Sports.
3. Participation in this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
