1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 780 s. 2026, titled “Conduct of 2026 DCAAM Medical Assessment, Screening and Accreditation of Documents”, this Office announces the extension of the medical assessment for the participants from the Dasmarinas Inter Public Elementary School Athletic Association (DIPESAA) and Dasmarinas Inter Public School Athletic Association (DIPSAA) on November 5, 2026, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Pag-asa National High School.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of athletes per school and the Division Health and Nutrition Unit (HNU) personnel, along with the Division SSD-T 1 in Sports.
3. Participation in this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
