Relative to the hereto attached Regional Unnumbered Memorandum dated October 05, 2015 of Regional Director Diosdado M. San Antonio, Region IV-A (CALABARZON), the field is hereby informed that all applications for correction of entries in the scholastic records may now be filed with the Legal Unit of the City Schools Division Office of Dasmariñas subject to applicable guidelines set forth in the said memorandum.
