In conformity with the Division Memorandum dated May 27, 2016 re: Focus Group Discussion with School Heads and Guidance Counselors for data gathering and evaluation, this Division would like to request all concerned to fill out the attached form and submit to this office on Tuesday. Likewise, meeting of all principals both elementary and secondary is set on the same date, June 21 at the Division Office Conference Room, 9 o’clock in the morning.
