1. This is to inform the field that there will be a Division Training on Partnership Building for K to 12 Senior High School and Adopt-a-School Program from June 30 to July 2, 2016 at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Tanza, Cavite.
2. This training aims to:
a. Orient the school heads and other concerned on DO No. 40 s. 2015 and and DO No. 24 s. 2016, which concerns partnerships for K to 12;
b. Discuss the mandated partnership building activities to be undertaken for the implementation of Senior High School;
c. Teach the school coordinators how to accomplish the required forms and reports related to K to 12 Senior High School partnership and Adopt-a-School Program; and
d. Share the findings of the research on the Adopt-a-School Program practice of the Division from 2013 to 2015 and draw recommendations for further improvement of the ASP implementation.
3. Participants to this training are all public elementary and secondary school heads, and respective coordinators for Adopt-a-School and Senior High School. All participants are required to bring a laptop and a copy of DepEd Orders No. 40 s. 2015 and No. 24 s. 2016. They are also advised to bring appropriate clothes and shoes for team building.
4. There is NO registration fee to be collected from the participants. Food and accommodation expenses for the three-day training will be charged to the Division MOOE Inset Training Budget. Travel expenses of participants shall be charged to local school fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
