Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 23, s. 2015 entitled Student-led School Watching and Hazard Mapping, all public elementary and secondary schools are required to perform the activity within the first month of the school opening of the current SY.
In consonance, this office is reminding all schools to submit the schedule of the conduct of the activity for the observation and monitoring.
Attached is the DepEd Memorandum No. 101, s. 2016 for your information and guidance.
